THE TABLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- quality, safety and recognisability of routes (bike lanes, safe pedestrian crossings, sign posting)
- promotion of sustainable mobility (pavements, bicycles, electric cars, car sharing, car pooling)
- redevelopment of public spaces on and off the campus
- regulation of parking on the campus
- mobility credits
THE OBJECTIVES IT PURSUES ARE:
- promotion of the quality, safety and recognition of cycling and pedestrian routes
- promotion of sustainable mobility
- introduction of mobility credits
- reconnection and accessibility of Campus spaces with the city
- regulation of car and motorcycle parking
PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES LAUNCHED AND IN PROGRESS CONCERN:
- Redevelop traffic and routes in the Città Studi district through a working group with the Municipality of Milan and the Agency for Mobility and the Environment (Amat)
- Promote cyclability through improved facilities and services on campus
- Regulate car parking on campus
- Encourage car pooling already in place
- Study mobility credits to encourage sustainable mobility of students and employees.
