Sustainability News

 

Communicating, disseminating and raising awareness on sustainability issues. Limiting  CO₂ emissions. Encouraging sustainable mobility. Promoting the principles of the circular economy.  These are some of the objectives that fall within the sustainable strategy of Politecnico di Milano, which is inspired by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals defined by the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (SDGs). The Sustainability News has recently been added to the tools that promote and share various sustainable activities taking place in the university. 

Through Sustainability News, we would also like to receive and collect suggestions on initiatives and specific actions that can make the Politecnico campuses gradually more sustainable. It would be extraordinary to do this thanks to the awareness and commitment of the entire Politecnico community. To feed the contents of the Newsletter, the contribution from the Departments, the territorial dependences and also our students will be indispensable. 

We hope that this new editorial initiative can be more than just a lean information tool on the topics of environmental sustainability. Thanks to the collaboration of all it can also be an effective opportunity for engagement, a way to fully live one’s working and studying life in the university.
